2. Homestead State. If you have a home here and it is your primary residence, or homesteaded, it cannot be taken away you as in other states. An article in the paper today actually said people who are in trouble in other states with investment properties might consider moving here and Homesteading a home to protect their assets.

3. No State Income Tax. Sure we are taxed in other ways, but it sure is nice not to have that extra bill come tax time. We also have no tax on food bought at the grocery store.

4. Property Tax. We are in the process of reforming our propety tax laws to make investing in our Sunshine State even more attractive.

5. Waterfront. We have more Waterfront Property than any other State and NOW is a GREAT time to buy Waterfront!

6. Real Estate Prices. They have become much more reasonable and we all know the Market is going to return here sooner rather than later because of all the growth we are experiencing.
